50 parking lots at SOA are open to the public. Parking rates are as follows:
RMB 10 for the first hour, RMB 5 for every subsequent 1/2 hour thereafter
Monthly rate: RMB 1200 / month

Public buses

Buses also serve the tourist route leading to the aquarium.

Taxi

Visitors can hop into any taxi to come to Shanghai Ocean Aquarium. It is just next to the Oriental Pearl Tower.

Subway

To get to Shanghai Ocean Aquarium, visitors can take Subway line No. 2 and alight at "Lujiazui" station, which is only 200m from the aquarium. Subway line No. 2 extends to the center of the city, and Nanjing Pedestrian Mall is only 1 station away.
