1. Shanghai Ocean Aquarium retains all intellectual property rights in all content published on this WeChat official platform. No person may download, reproduce, exploit, republish or distribute such content to any third party without the prior written consent of Shanghai Ocean Aquarium. All trademarks displayed on this platform remain the property of their respective trademark owners and are protected by trademark laws.
2. Users warrant that all personal information they submit will be current, complete and accurate. Should any information provided by a user prove false or inaccurate, Shanghai Ocean Aquarium reserves the right to revoke the user’s access to all services offered via this WeChat platform. All user personal data will be treated confidentially. Such data will not be utilised for unrelated purposes or disclosed to unaffiliated third parties without the user’s consent, save where required by applicable laws and regulations.
3. Shanghai Ocean Aquarium shall not be held liable for any leakage, loss, unauthorised access or alteration of personal data resulting from force majeure events that disrupt normal online operations, including without limitation hacking incidents, malware intrusions, hardware malfunctions, or temporary platform shutdowns mandated by government regulatory controls.
4. Shanghai Ocean Aquarium shall not be liable for any inconveniences and losses arising during the period of service suspension of this WeChat Official Platform, where such suspension is caused by line faults, hardware malfunctions, system maintenance, system upgrades or other force majeure events.
5. Any matters not addressed within these ticketing terms shall be governed by relevant national laws and regulations. In the event of any inconsistency between this Ticketing Agreement and national statutory provisions, national laws and regulations shall take precedence.
